Our Story
Our owner, Matt, has a rich background in the trailer industry, having worked in multiple roles that give him a comprehensive understanding of what customers need and expect. From working as a trailer mechanic and manufacturing trailers, to sales and managing a trailer dealership, Matt has seen it all. His years of experience have allowed him to build strong relationships within the trailer industry and the local Fox Valley area.
In 2025, Matt decided to take his knowledge and passion for the trailer industry to the next level by founding MWI Trailer. He believes that customers deserve a no-hassle, straight forward experience when buying or servicing a trailer, and that’s exactly what he aims to deliver.

Do you sell used trailers?
No, however we are happy to assist you sell your trailer on consignment. We can market and sell your trailer for you.
What Types of trailers do you sell?
We sell steel enclosed, aluminum utility, equipment, dump, car haulers, tilt trailers, and enclosed snowmobile trailers. However, we do not sell boat or semi trailers.
Do you rent trailers?
At this time, we do not rent trailers.
Do you repair and service trailers?
At this time, we do not service or repair trailers.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or check and all major credit cards. Credit cards are subject to a processing fee.
Can I take my trailer home today after I purchase?
Each trailer is inspected when it arrives on the lot. We will do a light check and go over your trailer before you leave, so you are out in no time!

Do you have trailers in stock?
We have a large selection of trailers in stock. We typically stock around 75 trailers on the lot. We stock the most common sizes of both the enclosed and open trailers. If you need a custom order or size trailer, we are happy to custom order trailers as well.
